Looking for a passionate and experienced candidate for the position of National Sales Head
Profile | Responsibilities:

Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals and targets

Leading and managing a sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
-
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders
-
Identify emerging markets and market shifts, monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors to develop new business opportunities
-
Developing and managing sales budgets and forecasts
-
Providing timely and accurate sales reports to senior management
-
Identifying and addressing customer needs and complaints
-
Assessing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and actual sales achieved
-
Research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

Traveling across India for sales and promotion of our products.

Participate/attend seminars/exhibitions and develop contacts for enhancing the business

Other duties as assigned
Preference:
-
Experience in the Traffic Marking Paint Industry
-
8-10 years of experience in managing a sales team
-
MBA
